Attached is the CR102 Proposed Rule Making filed on Nov. 10, 2022, for Anesthesia Rules 246-817-701 through 246-817-790.
The Dental Quality Assurance Commission will hold a rule hearing on Jan. 20, 2023, at 8:30 AM. The hearing will be hybrid. Participants can attend either the physical location or virtual webinar.
