Learn about key employment laws at upcoming L&I webinars. Webinar topics include Employer Guide to Workers’ Rights, Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, Isolated Worker Protections, Know Your Worker Rights and White Collar (EAP) Overtime Exemptions.

Workers and employers can learn more about the state’s employment laws during a series of webinars offered this spring and summer by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.

The topics covered include worker’s rights, white-collar overtime rules, isolated worker protections, and the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.

Led by Employment Standards program staff, each webinar lasts about 45 minutes, and includes time for questions.
