The Health Policy Institute has crunched the latest data on the dentist workforce and we invite you to join us for an interactive webinar to discuss key findings. The team will present the latest trends, through the end of 2021, on the number of practicing dentists in the U.S., demographic trends in the workforce, as well as shifts happening in the dental practice model. Some key highlights include that 2021 saw a bump in retirement rates among older dentists, but this was still more than compensated for by new graduate numbers. The dentist workforce continues to get younger, with a higher share of women dentists as well. The data also show an acceleration in the shift away from solo practice. We will offer insights on how we see the future unfolding and allow lots of time for Q&A.
