In order to improve the Health Care Authority (HCA) website billing and reimbursement experience, HCA is asking providers to complete this short survey. The survey includes four questions with drop down selections, as well as two open-ended questions. Examples of questions include:
- On your first try, how often are you able to find policies, procedure codes, and information in the billing guides using the HCA website?
- What would you change regarding policies, procedure codes, and billing guides on the HCA website?
