Delta Proxy: How to Vote
By now, all Delta member dentists should have received their proxy ballot in the mail to vote on proposed amendments to the WDS Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation by the Delta annual meeting on Friday, Nov. 13.
WSDA recommends that you vote to approve all amendments.
These amendments are being proposed as part of the settlement between WSDA and Delta — announced last month — to address the underlying concerns that brought WSDA and Drs. Bradshaw, Irwin and Russell to file a lawsuit against Delta in January 2019. If approved, the settlement will mark a transformational victory for patients and dentists.
Assign Your Proxy & Vote Online
This year, you can assign your proxy and vote online. To assign your proxy online, visit www.cesvote.com and use your Voting Control Number (find this number on the proxy ballot you received in the mail and in future email communications from Delta’s third-party voting service). We suggest you assign your proxy and vote online no later than Thursday, Nov. 12.
