ADA Launches Patient Return Resource Center for Members

The new ADA Patient Return Resource Center offers a suite of tools designed to support members in communicating with patients about what to expect when they come back to your practice.

Last week, the ADA launched a members-only Patient Return Resource Center, offering a suite of tools designed to support you in communicating with patients about what to expect when they come back to your practice.

The Patient Return Resource Center includes the following materials that you can customize for your practice:

  • A visual guide that walks patients through what will happen before, during, and after their visit
  • Answers to frequently asked patient questions to use on your social media channels, for e-mail correspondence, or as phone scripts
  • Ready-to-use Facebook posts, complete with wording and images that help you share your health and safety measures online
  • Downloadable office signage
  • E-mail templates for communicating your office’s specific protocols
  • Language for appointment reminders sent via text
